1. Parties

This agreement is made between [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and [Customer Name / Username] (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and regulates the confidentiality and protection of personal data as outlined below. The parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Definitions

2.1. The term "Personal Data" includes the Customer's identity information, contact details, and other related information.

2.2. The term "Data Processing" refers to the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and deletion of personal data.

3. Processing of Personal Data

3.1. The Company shall process the Customer’s personal data solely for the purposes stated within this agreement and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3.2. The Customer consents to the processing, storage, and, where necessary, transfer of their personal data to third parties by the Company.

3.3. The Company shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. However, the Customer acknowledges that data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure.

4. Storage of Personal Data

4.1. Personal data may be retained for a limited period even after the termination of this agreement. This duration will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Access to Personal Data

5.1. The Customer has the right to access their personal data and request that it be accurate and up to date.

5.2. The Customer has the right to restrict or request the deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Privacy Policy and Amendments

6.1. The Company shall provide the Customer with its privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data and commits to complying with it.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this agreement and the privacy policy as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to the Customer and, if required, consent will be obtained.

7. Termination of This Agreement

7.1. This agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the parties.

7.2. Upon termination, personal data may continue to be stored in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

8.1. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Turkish law. The parties agree that the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance and approval by the parties.
