General Terms of Use

1. Hosting Terms of Use

1.1 Email Sending Limit: The hourly email sending limit is a maximum of 10. This limit is set to prevent abuse and protect server resources. ekasunucu.com reserves the right to change this limit depending on system requirements.

1.2 Backup Period: Backups taken by the customer are stored on the server for a maximum of 15 days. After this period, they may be automatically deleted by the system.

1.3 Misuse of Packages: Packages should only be used for website publishing purposes. It is forbidden to use them for file sharing, data storage, download centers, or remote backup, which are outside the concept of web hosting.

1.4 Spam / Bulk Email Sending: Packages cannot be used for spam or bulk email sending. ekasunucu.com may suspend or restrict the relevant service if such uses are detected.

1.5 Data Backup Responsibility: The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Although periodic backups are taken by the system, our company does not accept responsibility in case of data loss.

1.6 Backup Quota: The good faith backup quota is set at 5 GB. Backup guarantee is not given for data exceeding this limit.

1.7 Site Transfer Service: 100% success is not guaranteed in free site transfer operations. Deficiencies may occur during the transfer process depending on technical conditions.

1.8 Unlimited Features and Resource Usage: Resources specified as unlimited (traffic, disk, etc.) are limited based on good faith usage. The monthly traffic control point is 50 GB, and the disk usage control point is 10 GB. Packages may be limited according to CPU usage.

1.9 CPU Usage Limit: By default, a maximum of 100% CPU usage is allowed in each package. However, this rate can go up to 400% in some advanced packages.

1.10 File (Inode) Limit: A default limit of 200,000 files (inode) is applied.

1.11 Alias / Park Domain Usage: Equivalent domains can only be used to publish the same website. It is forbidden to use it for email or different services. In such cases, the service may be suspended.

1.12 Addon / Park Domain Name Usage Condition: Only valid for domains owned by the customer and registered in the ekasunucu.com panel. Usage permission must be proven for domains owned by someone else or registered with a different company.

1.13 PHP Functions: Only PHP functions allowed in the control panel can be used in shared hosting packages. Function support should be checked in third-party module installations.

1.14 SSH Access: There is no SSH access in the shared hosting infrastructure.

1.15 Forbidden PHP Functions: The use of PHP functions that make system calls such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open is prohibited.

1.16 Resource Usage Monitoring: ekasunucu.com may regularly monitor system resources. If the limits are exceeded, the customer may be asked to reduce resource usage. Otherwise, the service may be restricted, stopped or redirected.

1.17 Infrastructure Changes: ekasunucu.com may make IP, server or infrastructure changes without notice in line with technical requirements.

1.18 Use of Campaigns: Promotions and campaigns are personal. If misuse of these benefits with different accounts is detected, the service may be suspended and the resulting fee may be requested from the customer.

1.19 Single Account Rule: Only one main account is defined for each customer. If more than one account opened by the same person is detected, the services may be stopped.

1.20 Termination of Service: ekasunucu.com has the right to terminate the service and make a refund without giving any reason.

1.21 Right to Change: ekasunucu.com reserves the right to make changes to the terms of service and technical details at any time.

1.22 Legal Responsibility and Notification: EKA SUNUCU is a Hosting Provider approved by BTK within the scope of Law No. 5651. Accordingly, there is no obligation to inspect or control the hosted content. However, you can contact us if you have any requests or complaints regarding content that is contrary to law or legislation. In order for us to evaluate content violations more quickly, it is important that you provide a notification with detailed information. 2. Domain Names Not Allowed to be Registered / Transferred

Domain names with the following characteristics cannot be hosted or transferred on our servers:

Domains containing content that violates Law No. 5651
Domains containing commercial bank names (e.g. garantisube, akbanksube)
Domains focused on credit card/invoice payment (e.g. kartode, faturaode)
Domains referencing game names (e.g. metin2, mt2)

3. Prohibited Content

Content types that can absolutely not be hosted on our servers:

Content that violates Law No. 5651
IRC servers / bots / scripts
Proxy / Anonymizer scripts
Phishing content
Spam email tools
File upload / mirror services (similar to Rapidshare)
Gambling, HYIP, Ponzi, pyramid scheme content
Bitcoin mining / exchange platforms
Pornography, child abuse, illegal content

4. Policies

4.1 Resource Usage: In order for each of our customers to use the system efficiently, abuse of resources such as disk, traffic, and CPU is not allowed.

4.2 Email Service: A zero-tolerance policy for spam is applied in order to maintain healthy email traffic.

4.3 Data Security: Your data is your responsibility. It is recommended that you take regular backups. System backups can only be used to help with technical errors.

4.4 Good Faith Usage: It should be noted that usage in all packages and services is based on good faith.

4.5 Personnel Safety: The services of users who engage in rude/harmful behavior towards ekasunucu.com employees will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.

4.6 Complaints and Feedback: Our users can always contact us regarding problems or abuse they encounter. All requests are carefully reviewed and feedback is provided as soon as possible.
